Two Users, Two Different Experiences
We restructured the Aytemiz app around the needs of two distinct user segments: Aytemiz Kart and Vaay. Rather than offering the same experience to every user, we redesigned the product architecture and interface around their different priorities — making earning and using points central to Aytemiz Kart, while placing digital fuel purchasing at the core of the Vaay experience.
Personalized Experience
An Experience Shaped Around Each Segment
We extended the segmentation beyond membership types and embedded it into the core app experience. From the home screen to profile and transaction areas, we adapted content hierarchy, balances, and primary actions based on whether the user is an Aytemiz Kart or Vaay member.
This allows Aytemiz Kart users to manage their points and access benefits more easily, while Vaay users can reach fuel purchasing, wallet, and payment actions more directly.
Services & Benefits
Beyond Fuel, A More Connected Experience
We extended the app experience beyond fuel purchasing and points management by bringing everyday services together in one place. Users can discover nearby stations and available services, check fuel prices by city and district, and turn their accumulated points into gift vouchers from partner brands.
Final thoughts
From distinct experiences for Aytemiz Kart and Vaay users to digital fuel purchasing, the points ecosystem, and station and fuel price services, we restructured the app around different user needs. The result is a more focused, accessible, and connected digital experience that brings Aytemiz’s key services together within a single product.
