Introduction
Redesigning the Booking Decision Journey
We redesigned one of the most critical stages of TatilBudur’s booking experience: the hotel and room consideration journey. By organizing dense travel content into a clearer hierarchy, we created an experience that helps users compare options more easily, evaluate key information faster, and move toward booking decisions with greater confidence.

Hotel Listing
Making Hotel Comparison Faster
We reorganized hotel cards to make dense booking information easier to scan and compare. Pricing, hotel highlights, campaigns, and key decision-making factors were prioritized within the primary viewing area, helping users evaluate alternatives with fewer interactions and less cognitive load.

Room Listing
Making Room Selection Clearer
We redesigned room cards around the criteria users evaluate most when choosing between options. Key features and amenities were surfaced directly within the card, while clearer benefit labels, campaign advantages, loyalty benefits, and contextual microcopy strengthened value communication and supported more confident room selection.

Impact
Design Decisions with Measurable Impact
The redesign improved how users explored, compared, and evaluated accommodation options throughout the booking journey. Clearer information hierarchy and stronger decision support led to deeper engagement, fewer interaction errors, and more confident progression toward booking.
Final thoughts
From individual improvements to entirely new experiences, our work with TatilBudur grew alongside the product — creating a clearer, more consistent and continuously evolving booking experience.
